Return & Refund Policy

Due to state alcohol regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened alcoholic beverages. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at habitsbottleshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns not caused by our error are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5-10 business days.
