The Story Behind The Bottle
Habits Bottle Shop
Benchmark Small Batch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Buffalo Trace, made from a select group of barrels chosen by the distillery's master distiller and bottled at 90 proof. As a small batch release, it offers more consistency than a single barrel bottling while still showcasing careful barrel selection.
Expect a nose of caramel, vanilla and light oak, with a palate that's smooth and easy-drinking thanks to the moderate 90 proof, carrying brown sugar and gentle spice through to a soft, clean finish. It's a versatile bourbon suited to both casual sipping and cocktail use.
Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour. Pair with barbecue or roasted chicken. Shop this small batch Benchmark bourbon online at Habits Bottle Shop.

Ways To Pour It
Neat
Served on its own in a rocks glass, letting the full character come through exactly as crafted.
On The Rocks
A single large-format ice cube slowly opens things up and softens the edges as it melts.
In A Cocktail
Works well as the backbone of a simple classic — let it do the heavy lifting.
