The Story Behind The Bottle
Habits Bottle Shop
Hamilton 87 White 'Stache Rum is a Caribbean-inspired white rum crafted under Hamilton's small-batch rum program, built to showcase a clean, distinct rum character rather than a neutral mixing spirit. It's a favorite among rum enthusiasts looking for something more expressive than standard white rum.
On the nose, expect bright sugarcane and light funk typical of traditional Caribbean rum production; the palate is clean but flavorful, with grassy cane notes and a touch of tropical fruit, finishing crisp. It shines in a daiquiri or Ti' Punch, where the rum's character takes center stage rather than hiding behind other ingredients. Try it with fresh lime and a touch of cane syrup for an authentic Caribbean pour. Order this craft white rum online at Habits Bottle Shop.
What To Expect In The Glass
Rum
Style: white/light rum
Ways To Pour It
Neat
Served on its own in a rocks glass, letting the full character come through exactly as crafted.
On The Rocks
A single large-format ice cube slowly opens things up and softens the edges as it melts.
In A Cocktail
Works well as the backbone of a simple classic — let it do the heavy lifting.
