Made from a mash bill of 68% corn, 18% wheat, and 14% malted barley, the bourbon is first matured in heavily toasted oak before resting in those sherry casks, then blended in small batches of up to 15 barrels to lock in a consistent flavor profile. It's bottled without cold filtration, so the whiskey keeps a true, unadulterated character from barrel to glass.
