The Story Behind The Bottle
Habits Bottle Shop
Volans Blanco Tequila is unaged and made from fully mature Blue Weber agave, using a distinctive blend of three water sources — rainwater, water drawn from 450 feet underground, and natural spring water — to shape its final character. This careful approach to water selection contributes to a smooth, clean profile with bright agave sweetness, light citrus, and herbal notes on the nose, followed by a balanced, lightly peppery palate and a refreshing finish.
The result is a blanco that's both approachable and distinctive, standing out from more generic silver tequilas on the shelf. It's an excellent base for a classic margarita or paloma, and smooth enough to enjoy chilled on its own.
Volans has taken a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to production, right down to sourcing multiple types of water, which shows in the tequila's clean, well-rounded taste. Order this small-batch blanco tequila online at Habits Bottle Shop and taste the difference careful water sourcing makes.

Style: blanco/silver
Tequila
Ways To Pour It
Neat
Served on its own in a rocks glass, letting the full character come through exactly as crafted.
On The Rocks
A single large-format ice cube slowly opens things up and softens the edges as it melts.
In A Cocktail
Works well as the backbone of a simple classic — let it do the heavy lifting.
